In the photograph, the Tommy Hilfiger collaborator can be seen gazing into her boyfriend's eyes as he smiled for the cameras on the red carpet.
Gigi captioned the snap: 'Just saw this on twitter land ...... OO HES SO FREAKIN GORGEOUS I COULD JUST MELT EVERY DAY'.
Hours before, the model posted a belated birthday snap to her BFF, Taylor Swift, following her 28th birthday last week.
She posted an adorable picture of her snuggling up to Swift on the couch with the caption: 'A belated wish to an incredible friend, a brilliant mind, a huge heart : HAPPIEST BIRTH[week] my T @taylorswift , you know I love you beyond. You make me so proud!'
