With just five months to go until her royal wedding to fiancé Prince Harry, we have a feeling Meghan Markle might already be preparing to look and feel her best on her big day.

And with her London-based facialist recently revealing her go-to facial guide to achieving Markle's pre-wedding glow, and following Pippa Middleton's reported three-month 'strict bridal body boot camp' at the Grace Belgravia health club last year, Markle is certainly in good company when it comes to learning how to perfect her bridal look.

A self-proclaimed yogi (after all, her mother Doria Ragland is a yoga instructor), with the 36-year-old describing the exercise as 'in my blood', the Californian has previously admitted to enjoying a specific type of pilates to help her get into shape.

And something tells us she might be booking a few classes in the exercise at her local gym ahead of her royal wedding.

'Pilates Platinum is hands down the best thing you could do for your body,' she once told Women's Health UK, talking about the studio chain in LA that's founded by her personal trainer/BFF, (and now potential bridesmaid), Heather Dorak.

'There are so many workouts that you try out once and never go back to; Heather's studio is the complete opposite,' she explained.

'You keep coming back for several reasons: first off, your body changes immediately…give it two classes and you will see a difference; second, Heather is amazing — as an instructor, as a friend, she is inspiring in every way; lastly, the people in class are cool, unpretentious, and motivating…and that is a testament to Heather's energy.'

According to Pilates Platinum's website, the exercise is 'dedicated to creating a fun and energizing workout that is a journey for the mind, body and core'.

A 55-minute class on the Megaformer (a version of the punishing Reformer machine) is said to give customers the 'heart-pumping, muscle-quivering, body-lengthening, muscle-strengthening exercises our body desires'.

It works by increasing resistance on isolated muscle groups during each exercise, to which Markle says 'the results are incredible'.

Contrary to traditional pilates which is known to rehabilitate muscle groups, the Megaformer results in a high intensity workout.

Fortunately for the bride-to-be, London-based workout studio Studio Lagree promotes the Megaformer Pilates vision, with £30 classes promising to target all points of the body and work up a sweat.

Meghan, if you need a gym partner, you need only ask.
