Heading to the Upside Down isn't exactly how we'd plan to spend our wedding day, but for one Stranger Things fan it sounds like things are about to get rather spooky for her upcoming nuptials.
And when we say 'spooky' we mean totally amazing.
Earlier this week, David Harbour who plays Police Chief Jim Hopper on the hit Netflix show agreed to officiate a fan's wedding - on certain conditions, of course.
The decision came after a fan named Ericka asked the 42-year-old actor on Monday via Twitter: 'What would it take to get @DavidKHarbour to be the Officiant at my wedding in September?!'
Harbour unexpectedly replied: '125k retweets. Provided date works with s3 shooting schedule, I will get ordained and perform ceremony.
'I get to read an esteemed love letter of my choosing, and after the cake is officially cut, I get the very first piece. #allthecakes.'
You can guess what happened next.
Following Harbour's message, Twitter rolled up its 'sleeves' and by Wednesday, Harbour's tweet reached over 133,000 retweets (at the time of publication).
His response?
'Dammit. Not even 24hours. You're kidding me. @ErickaElizabth DM me please to get the ball rolling. I'm making it seriously hard next time, internet, this is not over between us…'
Harbour has previously starred in hit films such as Suicide Squad, Revolutionary Road and Brokeback Mountain.
This year, Hollywood will see the New Yorker star in Hellboy, amid news he's dating Fantastic Beasts' star Alison Sudol following their appearance together at the Golden Globe Awards and attending as each other's plus ones at the BAFTA Los Angeles Tea Party.
We wonder if he'll wear his Chief hat to the wedding?
