As any Mumma-bear is want to do, Ms Tina Lawson (a.k.a Beyoncé and Solange's divine mother) will not stand for her family getting snubbed.
Yesterday, the designer took to Instagram to voice her annoyance at the Grammy award's snub of her family. On the designer's Instagram she posted a snap of her eldest daughter with Jay-Z.
The couple, who looked seriously chic in black, posed against a white wall for Beyoncé's social media.
Though the post has been taken down, The Shade room has an apparent screen grab, showing that the 64 year-old captioned the snap, 'Last night at the Fammys opps sorry i mean Grammys must have been a Freudian slip :)'
Her step-son Jay-Z was nominated for a number of prestigious awards, including Album of the Year, for 4:44., however, failed to nab any of the trophies.
Lawson's feelings of a family snubbing is also likely compounded by the fact that her daughter lost to Adele in both Album of the Year and Record of the Year in 2017.
The Grammys has garnered significant criticism for its apparent racism and sexism, with a historic lack of female performers and non-white winners.
Teen Vogue managed to screen grab some of the comments on Lawson's, quite frankly, iconic social media page, with her followers telling her to 'Get em mama tina.'
So. Much. Shade.
