New father Travis Scott has pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct for his behaviour at a concert in Arkansas.

The Daily Mail reports the 25-year-old rapper - who just became a first-time father to his daughter Stormi Webster with girlfriend Kylie Jenner - was arrested nine months ago following his gig at the Walmart Arkansas Music Pavilion in Rogers.

The Rogers Police Department claimed that during the concert in May, the rapper 'encouraged people to rush the stage and bypass security protocols to ensure concert goer safety'.

However, his lawyer Doug Norwood says video footage of the concert did not support those allegations and that authorities overcharged the rapper.

Travis was originally charged - under his real name Jacques Webster - with inciting a riot, disorderly conduct and endangering the welfare of a minor during the show.

The rapper had allegedly told fans to storm the stage, resulting in a member of security and a member of the police force getting injured.

Norwood told local newspaper the Northwest Arkansas Democrat-Gazette that while the star had pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct, the other two charges had been dismissed during plea negotiations that took place in January.

The rapper's lawyer also believes the musician's disorderly conduct charge could eventually be taken off his criminal record.

Travis was reportedly ordered to pay $6,825.31 (£4,900) to two people who said they were injured at the concert, including $640 (£461) in legal fees.

On 1 February, Kylie Jenner announced the birth of the couple's daughter with an adorable Instagram post and a 12-minute video entitled To My Daughter.
