Beyoncé's Instagram feed took a break from its usual flurry of posed and styled outfit posts, for a lone avocado on toast yesterday.

The singer revealed that she has started a 44 day countdown to her Coachella performance, which includes switching to a vegan diet that you can join in with.

Last year, the mother-of-three postponed her festival appearance as she had fallen pregnant with her twins Rumi and Sir Carter. Thankfully, 2018 has rolled around and the 'Flawless' singer is feeling up to giving the California weekend event a go.

She has revealed that, alongside what we assume is a gruelling rehearsal schedule, she'll also be going totally vegan to help prepare her body for the important live performance.

The 36 year-old also welcomed her fans to join her on the '22 days nutrition' plan, which provides recipes for the user's specific goals, including 'Performance Fuel', dishes for the 'Adventurous Foodie' and something called 'The 22 Day Revolution' for $99 (£72) a year or $14 (£10) a month.

This isn't the first time the Texan has gone Vegan. She has been known to embark on this 22 day meal plan before, which promises to help its users, 'move towards a more plant-based lifestyle' to stand up for their 'health and the health of the planet.'

The news follows a track dropped by Khalid called 'Top Off' which features both Beyoncé and her husband Jay-Z rapping.

In the song, the 'Irreplaceable' singer references Tiffany Haddish's comments about Beyoncé blocking Jay Z from speaking to another woman, saying, 'If they're tryna party with the queen/They gon' have to sign a non-disclosure, ayy.'

And many are wondering whether she is throwing shade at Kim Kardashian with the lyrics, 'I break the internet, top two and I ain't number two. My body, my ice, my cash, all real, I'm a triple threat.'

Singer, dancer and now nutrionist, Queen B really is a triple threat.
