If you're considering playing a medley by Taylor Swift on your wedding day, you might be in with a chance of receiving some pretty expensive champagne from the singer.

Well, that's the situation newlyweds Edward and Margaret McNoble found themselves in on their wedding day on Saturday 17 March.

E! News reports Swift sent a bottle of Dom Pérignon champagne along with a note to the couple on their big day as a result of their music choice for their nuptials.

The pair reportedly enjoyed their first dance to Swift's song 'Love Story', and walked out to 'Welcome to New York' at their reception in East Meadow, New York.

In the adorable note posted by US Weekly, Swift wrote: 'Rumour has it you might be using my song in your wedding celebration which makes me so happy!

'Here's to this amazing day of your continuing love story. Love, Taylor.'

The singer's loving gesture comes two months after she sent fans flowers on their wedding day after she unknowingly played a special part in their proposal.

High school sweethearts Alexas Gonzales and Brittany Lewis wed in January and received a special message from the 'Ready For It' singer.

'She ended her speech with the best line of all time,' Lexi wrote of Brittany on their wedding website.

'As she got down on one knee she said…"So I talked to your dad, now it's time to pick out a white dress...will you marry me?"'

'Our song has always been "Love Story" by Taylor Swift so if you know the song you can see how adorable her saying that was!' Lexi added.

To celebrate their big day, Swift wrote to the pair:

'Lexi & Brittany, you have no idea how honoured I am that 'Love Story' has been such a big part of your beautiful love story. I'm absolutely thrilled that Lexi said YES! Have the most magical wedding day and hopefully I can meet you both soon! Love, Taylor.'

And it appears Swift really can't get enough of a wedding, having served as maid of honour at two wedding in recent years for BFF Abigail Anderson in 2017 and childhood friend Brit Maack in 2016, where the signer also performed.

All that remains is for Taylor to say 'I do'. Could a wedding to her boyfriend Joe Alwyn be on the cards? Here's hoping.
