She apparently just dropped around £6,000 on her little one's nursery, and decked out an Amazon-sponsored baby shower with pink balloons, flowers and topiary elephants.
Due some time in the next month, the 33 year-old spent some time yesterday responding to fans on the social media platform.
She spoke to fans about her 'pregnancy lips' noting how big they have gotten and discussing how different parts of her have grown too.
She talked with her fans about her excitement to meet her little one and thanked fans for their support of her.
Kardashian, who revealed she is having a little girl with basketball player Thompson months ago, also took some time to debunk some hilarious rumours, including this bizarre one about their daughter being conceived in a hotel in Anguilla...

Perhaps most excitingly, the Good American designer seemed to reveal that she has landed on an initial for her firstborn child. Bucking the 'K' trend of her mother, like all ofher siblings this far, she appears to have landed on her partner's alliterative initial, 'T'.
