Alicia Vikander's insane body transformation for her epic Tomb Raider reboot is no secret.

Despite some people (idiots) trying to body-shame the petite Swede, most of us have been slack-jawed in awe of 29 year-old Vikander's since we saw that photo of her on holiday.

During the film's promotion the Osar-winner has revealed that she gained around 10-12lbs of pure muscle for her role as Lara Croft.

The actress, who secretly married actor Michael Fassbender at the end of last year, was trained by Magnus Lygdback, who has been using his social media to give us mere mortals a behind-the-scenes look at Vikander's training.

Weight training, HIIT, early morning outdoor training and intense gym sessions transformed Vikander into the lean, mean fighting machine we see in the film.

Lygdback, who is the man behind Alexander Skarsgård's physical transformation for Tarzan, also had her on a strict diet.

Thankfully, the The Danish Girl star was allowed one meal off, per week, during her intense schedule.

Speaking to Glamour, the actress revealed that on Sunday's she was allowed pizza, '[We were training] five to six days a week, and Sundays were pizza days. I think the first thing I said when I woke up on Sundays was 'It's pizza day!'

Girl, you just got a whole more relatable.
