And when we 'say' well, we don't mean chomping on the occasional green and downing a ginger shot first think in the morning. We're talking full-on 'I'm-A-Walking-Talking-Human-Vegetable-Protein-Mystery'.

We're all about that 'each to their own' philosophy, and would never want to judge a person on their eating habits as long as they're healthy. But, sweet mother of Cheesus, hearing the 45-year-old explain what she eats on a daily basis has never made us want to inhale a McDonald's strawberry milkshake more.

During a recent episode of The Goop Podcast, the Iron Man star explained she loves to start each day with a smoothie.

In 2016, she shared her go-to Morning Smoothie recipe on Goop revealing the 'snack' includes almond milk, coconut oil, vanilla mushroom protein powder and Moon Juice dust.

The dust, if you didn't already know, is a powdered blend of goji, rehmannia (a plant-derived herb, popular in Traditional Chinese Medicine), schisandra (a potent 'superberry'), pearl and stevia' and promises to 'get you glowing from the inside, out'.

For lunch, the mother-of-two enjoys eating a 'pretty healthy lunch' including a protein and salad.

Previously, Paltrow shared recipes for her lunch bowls on her website, including a tuna tomato bowl and a black bean, corn and avocado bowl. Some have brown rice and quinoa as a base while others use greens because, health.

And if you thought Paltrow let's go for dinner, you clearly haven't seen her fit bod recently.

Despite revealing she'll often eat 'whatever I want', the Oscar winner tries to avoid foods that are highly processed or contain high-fructose corn syrup.

A quick look at her website and we have a feeling Paltrow's dinner choices boil down to a quick roast chicken and potatoes or a farmer's market salad.
