A couple of weeks back we had Joe Wicks aka The Body Coach come to ELLE HQ to lead our Wednesday Run Club. For us though, it's not so much the fitness that's the issue it's the food. We, like most people these days, are mad busy and find our diets suffer as a consequence, especially at breakfast.

So here's Joe and five #Leanin15 morning recipes to kickstart your day...

"I don't have time to cook breakfast" is often the first thing we tell ourselves. The fact is we do have time. We all have the same amount of hours in the day and if you really want to get lean you need to think outside of the cereal box when it comes to breakfast.

Sugary cereals or a croissant on the go may taste great and seem like the easiest option but they really don’t do your energy levels any favours and certainly won't build a strong lean body. You need to start your day off with healthy fats and protein. It may mean getting up an extra 15 minutes earlier but if you win the battle of the bed and get some good macronutrients (protein, fat and carbohydrate) in the tank you'll feel awesome all day and start to look amazing too.

Here are my top 5 super speedy breakfasts to start your day. They're packed with protein and healthy fats to fuel your body and keep you lean. They also take less than 10 minutes to make meaning even the busiest of people can knock them up before work.
