This explosive piece of cardio is great way to burn calories. Ensure your claves, hamstrings, quads and glutes are firing in sequence for maximum effect.
Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and slowly squat until your thighs are parallel to the floor - make sure you are not pushing your knees over your toes, the movement should come from your hips - you want to sit your bum down. Quickly straighten your knees out into an upright plank, bring them back in and push yourself upwards so your feet leave the ground. 
The move should take around 20 seconds to execute then rest for 10 seconds and repeat.
