V Sit Shoudler Raise

This killer move will not only blast your abs but give your arms and shoulders a hit at the same time. It will help with co-ordination and balance and give you a flat summer stomach in no time


Sit on your tailbone on a raised surface

Hold something weighted at your chest

Raise your legs off the floor, bending your knees and keeping your chest lifted

Straighten out your legs leaning back slightly and pushing the weight above your head

Return to the start position, bringing your knees and the weight back into your chest Repeat for 60 seconds and try to keep your feet off the floor the whole time
