The move: Sao Paulo Kicks
The kicks are a form of Capoiera (street dance fighting) and are a fun way of working out all of the smaller muscles you wouldn’t normally think of working out like your Soleus (the muscles that stops you from getting shin splints) and your serratus anterior (the muscles that give you that V shape of your abs).
The difficulty level: Just make sure that your technique is perfect.
