It's only five minutes long, and it will leave you feeling restored and renewed.

All you need is a mat and some comfy kit. Heck, do it in your pyjamas if you want. This is guaranteed to leave you feeling good. Oh, and if you have a cat, grab it too. Cats love yoga mats. Seriously.
