The Frampton Method is a conscious form of exercise-blending

It combines elements of gymnastics, yoga and calisthenics. I use specific hand balancing skills that require a lot of body control to keep in shape.

The benefits of my training include...

An in depth understanding of how the body operates at it's best whilst keeping you in peak physical condition. I would recommend it to anyone wanting to be in great shape without compromising the integrity of their spine.

The time depends on when you have the most energy.

Personally I work-out in the evening time but a lot of my clients prefer the morning.

The best cheat I would give anybody is...

Listen to your body, take your time, feel the burn in the right place and trust in the process.
