YOGA...ON WATER

Yoga balances can be tricky at the best of times, but this brings a whole new dimension to your tree pose.

Haymarket Hotel in central London is launching FloatFlit yoga with AquaPhysical.

Small class size make these sessions especially fun, as does the challenge of staying on top of the large inflatable boards while you reach for your toes.

After the 30-minute session, and once you're back on terra firma, there's a Recovery Brunch in Brumus, the hotel's restaurant, which includes dishes such as sweetcorn chilli fritters with avocado and eggs, and freshly baked waffles. Namaste to that!
