'I've tried a few different pairs of running leggings now and just keep coming back to my trusted Nike ones. They have a nifty little pocket that I can just squeeze my phone and keys into. Plus, they still look good after lots of wears/washes.'
'Regardless of size, all women need a sports bra. I rotate between Nike, Anita Active and Lorna Jane, but my favourite right now is Anita Active Extreme Control. Look to ones without fastenings or that do up at the front if you're going to be doing floor work at the gym, as well as running, as a laying down on a clasp to do crunches is not comfortable.'
'There's nothing more annoying when you're running than a pair of headphones that won't stay on, so invest in a good pair that will stay put as you pound the pavement.'

'I always carry one when I run longer distances. They fold down to fit into your pocket so once the water's gone, you're not stuck carrying an empty bottle. They're also air-tight and usually come with a nozzle, so no swallowing air.'
