In perhaps her most important role to date, Victoria missed her own store opening (she sent the husband in her place) to make a speech in New York accepting a position as Ambassador for the UN AIDS campaign.
A mercy visit to South Africa cemented VB's passion for the cause and she has promised to do 'whatever I can' to raise awareness.
She cited her own family as an inspiration: ‘I would do anything for my children and I think every woman has the right to health and every woman has the right to give their children a healthy future,’
