The Imitation Game hasn’t even been released yet (it hits cinemas on 14 November), but already praise has poured forth for the performances of ELLE cover stars Keira Knightley and Benedict Cumberbatch. So it comes as no surprise that the film secured a number of nominations for the Moët British Independent Film Awards yesterday.
The WWII biopic was not only nominated in the top category for Best British Independent Film, but also had Cumberbatch and Knightley following suit with nominations for Best Actor and Best Actress.
We know who we’ll be rooting for.
The Moët British Film Awards ceremony will take place on 7 December.
