As couple collaborations go, Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt have really nailed the dynamics of a healthy working relationship: Ange directs, and Brad (to our unconcealed glee) plays the part of leading man. And their latest rumoured project, another of Angelina’s directorial efforts, Africa, will be sticking to the format.

Africa will see Brad play famed archaeologist, Richard Leakley, a defender of elephants against poachers in 80s Kenya.

This will be the second film in which the couple, who married in 2014 after 9 years together, have worked together in such a way. The upcoming By The Sea was both written and directed by the multi-talented Ange, while she also stars alongside Brad as an on-screen married couple travelling the country in the mid-70s.

Who says couples can’t work together? We’re taking (hesitant) relationship notes as we write.
