So begins the new trailer for the hotly anticipated remake of Eighties classic Mad Max (titled Mad Max: Fury Road), which sees a bound and gagged Tom Hardy running from a gang of rabid zombies – and jumping off a cliff to escape.
Set in a dystopian future, the clip goes on to feature a series of dramatic explosions, car chases and fight scenes, with Charlize Theron sporting a buzz cut and supermodel-turned-actress Rosie Huntington-Whiteley still managing to look ethereally gorgeous, despite fighting for her life in a post-apocalyptic world and sporting a metal chastity belt (complete with teeth – ouch!).
