Emma Watson just cannot stop winning awards.

ELLE's December cover star hit the red carpet in a chic Dior ensemble last night as she celebrated being named in this year's Time 100 list - a breakdown of the 100 most influential people in the world.

She's named alongside such esteemed names as US diplomat Samantha Power, Indian CEO Chanda Kochhar, transgender actress Laverne Cox and 'icon' categorist Diane von Furstenberg

As a UN ambassador spearheading the HeForShe campaign for gender equality, Watson has won worldwide acclaim as the voice of her generation.

But it wasn't a decision she took lightly, as she explains to ELLE editor-in-chief Lorraine Candy: 'I didn’t want to speak for the sake of it or just because I had the platform. I wanted to be 100% sure, and this UN role is just perfect for me.

'We need to stop preaching to the choir because feminism, women’s rights and gender equality aren’t about man-hating. When the UN explained the HeForShe campaign to me, I said: “This is it, let me run with it, because this is 100% my take on how we move forward.”’

Another well-deserved accolade.
