Those of us who grew up on The Cosby Show (for better or worse) will remember a time when Lisa Bonet and Lenny Kravitz were the benchmark for cool. And while Zoe Kravitz always kept things a little more low-key on the career front, she’s always done it for me too.  So the prospect of the Family Kravitz making a comeback? Gwurl.  First there was Lisa and Lenny’s reunion at the Met Gala, all natural hair and cheekbones and Valentino couture, followed by that sweet family moment with Zoe on Instagram later that night. A cute Nineties throwback, you say. A sweet one-off.

But the past week makes me think a bigger return might be afoot. I’ll start by pointing you to Zoe Kravitz’s appearance at Cannes, where she slayed the red carpet and the big screen as the star of Dope, the critical hit that got a standing ovation. Afterward, she ventured over to Paris to appear with her band Lolawolf alongside Lianne la Havas, Lion Babe and Willow Smith — as you do — before making us all covet her hair by revealing a new, bob. Her dad, meanwhile, who unbelievably just turned 51, has signed on to appear in the second season of Empire. As for Lisa Bonet? We’ve got our fingers crossed she’ll one day come out of retirement. Until then, we’ll be stalking them all on Instagram. Here are some of our favourites.
