Want more proof Swifty's a good human being? Here it is…

A man from Texas, Aaron VanRiper, lived ever firefighter’s worst nightmare. He took an emergency call to the scene of a car crash to find his own wife and 7-year-old son were the victims.

Jonathan, his son, was stuck inside the car and his wife Amber was found outside. Jonathan’s now been released from hospital after having surgery on his arm and leg.

Amber VanRiper is still in hospital and recently underwent a nine-hour surgery for her broken pelvis.

But here’s the thing: The family doesn’t have health insurance, so a family friend, Mandy Kibby, set up a GoFundMe page to help them with medical bills.

People helped out where they could then suddenly, a donation for $15,000 was left for the family, and it was signed “Taylor Swift.”

Turns out, this wasn’t a weird internet hoax. Taylor Swift really donated $15,000 to the VanRiper family, a source with knowledge of the situation confirmed to BuzzFeed News.

“I didn’t believe it at first,” Mandy Kibby told Buzzfeed. “This woman is amazing,” she added.

Yup, she sure is. We hope Amber and Jonathan make a full recovery.
