Adele’s new single, ‘Hello’ blew up the Internet this morning, but she’s not the only one set for a comeback. The humble flip phone could soon be returning to our lives thanks to its starring role in her single video.
In her first video for the album 25, Adele is shown struggling to get a signal on her vintage flip phone. Fan reactions ranged from decade confusion, to confessions of having loved flip phones all along.
However, this may not even have been a nod to the past. This week Samsung announced the launch of a new flip phone, the Galaxy Golden 3. How soon will it be before we trade in our smart phones for something chunkier? We're guessing not that long at all.
