The Star of Burnt, a new film about rockstar chefs, Sienna Miller talks food.

How do you like your eggs in the morning?

At the moment I'm in to poached eggs with avocado toast. But today I was really tired so I had a full English breakfast.

Sienna’s Signature Dish?

Chicken Adobo. It’s a Philippine chicken stew. There’s nothing elegant about it in terms of presentation but it’s delicious.

Go to comfort food?

I love chicken and rice, and chicken soup. I like chicken basically.

Favourite resturant?

There’s an amazing restaurant in London called Mestizo (www.mestizomx.com) on Hampstead road. It’s very hard to find good Mexican food here, but this is it.

What would be your last dinner?

I would probably have my mum’s roast chicken.

Do you order desert?

Yes. When I was pregnant that was all I wanted. I would average three to five deserts a day. I went mad on red velvet cupcakes with the cream cheese icing. And I like a lemon tart and a chocolate melting pudding.

Ultimate snack?

I love Monster Munch and Wotsits. Galaxy Minstrels and Galaxy Hazelnut, which are really hard to find now. I’m going to campaign for return of the hazelnut.

Fast food of choice?

I do like a McDonalds. Two cheeseburger meals and six nuggets. Jamie Oliver said that English McDonalds is good now so I don’t feel that bad about it. I also like a Chicken Zinger tower burger from KFC.

Food phobias?

Sweet breads, glands, and such.

Favourite weird food combinations?

I like to dip French fries into a chocolate milkshake. The salty chocolate thing is nice.

Ultimate condiment?

Ketchup.

If you were a food, what would you be?

100% Spaghetti Bolognese.

Biscuit of choice?

Oooh, I do like a McVities chocolate to dip in a cup of tea.

Ideal Friday night takeaway?

Oh a curry, anytime.

Burnt is out now.
