You'd probably have had to be living under a rock not to notice Khloé Kardashian's dramatic weight loss recently, which she has dubbed her 'revenge body'. Khloé shed 11 pounds in just a month and a half, and she puts it all down to one simple dietary change.
Following the breakdown of her marriage to Lamar Odom, she made no secret of working her butt off at the gym, but that's not all. Prepare yourselves, though, because, I don't know about you, but I don't feel like it's a sacrifice I'd be willing to make.
The secret to her 'revenge body'? Eradicating milk and cheese from her diet. CHEESE. How is that even possible?
Showing off her trim figure on the cover of New Beauty magazine, Khloé revealed how she's 'obsessed with cheese and milk, but eliminating them from my diet made the biggest difference. In a month and a half, I lost 11 pounds just from not eating dairy, without doing anything else different, and that totally blew my mind.'
Having said that, Khloé has also confirmed that she is a regular gym-goer, so perhaps her dairy ban was only to trigger her weight loss and keep her motivated.
Obviously any doctor advising on weight loss would maintain that a balanced diet, along with regular exercise, is the most ideal combination—and it's certainly not always advisable to lose that much weight in such a short period of time. But thankfully Khloé seems to have monitored things carefully and stayed healthy in the process, maintaining a balanced diet around her minimal dairy intake.
Surely she'll allow herself to break her self-imposed cheese ban for Christmas, though? Because come on, what is Christmas without eating your body weight in Camembert.
