So when singer-songwriter Adele posted a workout selfie of herself mock-sobbing, we completely and unashamedly related.
The picture, which shows Adele pulling a cable crossover machine whilst looking miserable was posted for all her 5.7 million followers to see.
Captioned 'Getting ready...' the photo has since garnered nearly half a million likes with followers and fans responding with comments ranging from 'Slay queen' to 'I'm here eating a greasy pizza, the guilt is real now.'
In one photo, Adele has managed to sum-up the general consensus of how everyone is feeling this January, making her the most relatable celebrity of 2016 already.
Yet again, another successful feat for the chart-breaking singer.
