If you've been living under a rock over the past few months, each of these terms might sound like a bunch of gibberish. But at the moment, they're the hottest dances around. (Come on, teachers across America, athletes, and even Hillary Clinton are familiar!) ICYMI, here's a quick recap of the popular hip-hop moves:

Hit The Quan

Whip / Nae Nae

Put them all together and what do you get? UCLA Bruins gymnast Sophina DeJesus' nearly flawless floor routine. A routine that I, as a former gymnast, would have bent over backwards to perform—literally.  For years, I wished my coaches would allow me to ditch the traditional classical tunes and stiff routines for one as killer as DeJesus'. (Or at least let me swap my butterfly clips for a royal blue ombré braided pony like hers.)

The senior had the crowd chanting for "10s" with her mash up of trendy hip-hop moves and perfect landings, all with her teammates dancing along at the mat's edge. DeJesus walked away with a 9.925 from the judges and nothing but love from the crowd—and fans at home! The video of her routine has racked up over 17 million views on Facebook and the support keeps pouring in on Twitter and YouTube. Yaassss, girl!
