Thanks to men, the media, science and other sources, women are often made to feel caged in by our 'body clocks.'

Having children is still deemed to be one of the most pervasive, defining milestones out there and the feeling that there is an 'optimum' time for this to happen is a cloying one that most women over 30 have been party to.

It is interesting, therefore, to learn that there are other 'peaks' we can reach that don't just pertain to childbearing. Our sexual peaks, for example, can happen a little bit later in life and contrary to what you might believe, most women aren't their healthiest when they're running around the University campus at the age of 22.

Recent data, based on 2,000 British men and women who believe they have reached their peaks in life, has surfaced, giving us a bit more insight about when people feel they actually reach the different high points in life.
