Say 'hello' to Camembert Hedgehog Bread, your new delicious, cheesy obsession.

If you're a dedicated calorie counter (firstly, life is too short, don't do that), you might want to look away now.

Team ELLE has just been introduced to this garlic-bread-meets-fondue creation and we've all promised each other we're going to give it a go tomorrow, some with slight variations like added butter instead of olive oil. 

The premise is relatively basic:

Procure yourself a really nice loaf, most likely a big white bloomer

Cut a hole in it, the approximate size of a camembert wheel

Score the rest of the bread into cube shapes and ladle in a nice helping of olive oil, herbs, garlic and salt

Bake

Enjoy
