Tonight ELLE's Editor In Chief Lorraine Candy, along with Google's Head of Marketing Nisma Robb, and Rachel Pashley, the Global Planning Head of advertising leaders J. Walter Thompson, will join forces to celebrate, and discuss, a brave new documentary 'Her Story: The Female Revolution'.

The film, that is one of four made by the advertising agency to support the research work they are doing into the value of women as leaders, will also be screened this evening,. The series tells stories from the most influential women on the planet, from Hilary Clinton to Geena Davis, exploring women as a powerful economic force, both as consumers and wealth creators.

Lorraine, and the panel, will consider the significance of economic empowerment together with women's increasing influence around the world. And discuss why women in business are both a matter of equal rights, but also economic imperative.

The documentary is a result of four years of research by JWT in to female tribes across the world, and has some incredible findings… 1. There Has NEVER Been A Better Time To Be A Woman76% of women globally felt it had never been a better time to be a woman. 2. Our Sexuality Has Never Mattered More57% of women surveyed said they felt sexually empowered 3. Our Attitudes To Work Are Changing…59% of women globally believe that they have a more senior / responsible role than their spouse/significant other. 4. As Are Our Life priorities79% of women globally agree that having children has made them work in a more productive and focused way. 5.
