We imagine getting a call from Beyonce in which she asks you to dance in her latest video, when you're not a trained dancer, is pretty darn terrifying.

That's the dilemma tennis pro Serena Williams faced when she was asked to get her groove on in the visual counterpart to the song 'Sorry' from Bey's internet-breaking 'Lemonade' album.

So, what did Serena do? Dance like no one was watching, of course.

'She told me that she just wants me to dance, like just be really free and just dance like nobody's looking and go all out,' Williams told the New York Times.

'So that wasn't easy in the beginning, but then it got easier ... I thought that particular song on the visual album was really a strong song, and it was also really fun at the same time.'

She also spoke of how she became a part of the history-making project.

'I have known the director since I was like nine years old. I know Beyonce pretty well, so they were like, 'We would love for you to be in this particular song. It's about strength and it's about courage and that's what we see you as.'

It's easier said than done, we know, but just remember...
