At The Billboard Music Awards 2016, someone must have forgotten to tell The Weeknd that the camera is always on, especially at award shows that are televised on a giant network like ABC, because the most incredible thing just happened.
2016 Billboard Music Awards hosts Ciara and Ludacris were doing some light bantering following Britney Spears's medley opener (which was awesome), when they started to talk about who was in the crowd.
They eventually got to The Weeknd, who is nominated for a ton of awards tonight, and Ciara broke out into song, specifically, "Can't Feel My Face." She sang, she gyrated, even Luda served as her mini hype man. And then this happened:
Maybe he didn't even know there was a camera on him. Maybe he was recovering from the greatness that was Britney's performance. Maybe he doesn't like it when other people sing his songs. Maybe I'm overthinking this. Maybe you shouldn't watch the Vine over, and over, and over again...
