Kanye West is doing his Kanye best to be super quirky at the moment.

Like how his Instagram is just a Margiela fan site now.

And there was that 17 minute song he dropped which he wasn't even on.

And now this, a brand new video of...white noise?

The only clues we have are the words by the side of the video. 'NASA, KANYE WEST, PROJECT 10' and 'MARCH 20'.

All very mysterious.

MTV reported:

On March 15, a cardboard box addressed to me arrived at MTV News's New York office. Inside the box was another box bearing the logo of NASA's Jet Propulsion Lab. Inside that box was a VHS tape labeled "E PLURIBUS UNUM"; a white credit card with Kanye West's name, the number 772233688, and the words NASA, PROJECT-10, and 8/10; and a tiny plastic case with what appears to be a pebble, also labeled PROJECT: 10.

They searched the number online and found the two-minute white noise video.

When they played the video tape it played (you guessed it) white noise, two hours of it mind.

Does this remind anyone of that time Frank Ocean just filmed himself chopping wood for ages?

We understand you guys need innovative ways to tease your new albums, but stop trying to be Bey, there is only one who can make a genuinely exciting album teaser. Bow down b******.
