Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux have been married for two years now, and from everything we see and hear of the pair, their union it is nothing short of 'couple goals'.

The two actors are fairly social media shy, with 48 year-old Aniston eschewing all the apps so she doesn't miss out on her life and 46 year-old Theroux only occasionally posting snaps of the pair.

What we do know, however, from various interviews, is that the pair share beauty products, love pasta and can heal people with their hands. Ok that last one isn't true (that we can confirm).

Their life that seems filled with dogs walks and entertaining guests is a charmed one, though never cheesy.

Aniston proves her unsentimental streak in an anecdote she told in her recent Harpers Bazaar US interview.

Aniston tells Amy Sedaris, who conducted the interview, about her plans to start a wellness centre and more, but our favourite moment is when she describes what happened at the moment of Theroux's proposal.

Whilst discussing how much she loves the smell of acrylic nails she said:

I usually just buff my nails. I don't have the patience to let my nails dry. When Justin proposed he put that freaking ring on my finger, and I was like, 'Holy crap, now I'm gonna have to get manicures.'

What beautiful first words to say to your partner down on one knee, though, she must have said yes at some point, because there was a wedding.

Sedaris dished the dirt on their nuptials, explaining:

Everything about that wedding was perfect. Everyone was dressed like a bunch of woodland creatures, and your dress looked so beautiful and breezy. Justin [Theroux] asked me to be his best man two days before, and I was really scared. Jimmy Kimmel [who officiated at the nuptials] said, 'Amy, you have one job: Just hand me the rings separately.' Of course, I handed both to him.

Classic Sedaris.
