The Republican Senate Candidate of Alabama, Roy Moore, has been accused of sexual misconduct by five women.

The allegations come from a Washington Post report that alleged Moore had sexual contact with a 14 year-old girl and attempted to court three other teenagers when he was in his thirties.

Yesterday a fifth woman has come forward, Beverly Young Nelson, accusing Moore of attacking her in a locked car when she was 16. She says he told her after, 'You are a child. I am the district attorney of Etowah County. If you tell anyone about this, no one will believe you.'

Moore has denied all allegations, suggesting this is a 'witch hunt'.

Cory Gardner, the chair of the National Republican Senate Committee, said he believed these women, and thought Moore should be expelled from the Senate.

Mitch McConnell, Jeff Flake and Ted Cruz have also echoed these sentiments.

The internet has also come up with its own response, with people posting photos of themselves at 14 with the hashtag #MeAt14.

One user captioned her photo, 'Not old enough to drive. Not old enough to work without a permit. Not old enough to see an R-rated movie. Not old enough to consent.'

These images are powerful, showing the vulnerability of these teens.

Some people have also used the hashtag to point to their own abuse that happened at this age, explaining the damage it can do.

Many people have also pointed out the tragedy of this hashtag. It is depressing that we still need photographs to highlight the innocence of children.

Some celebrities have also joined the hashtag, including Alyssa Milano and Katie Couric.

The hashtag looks like it's just gaining steam, proving Twitter isn't done with sexual assault allegations just yet.
