Weds 18 September – Ibiza Rocks feat. Foals, Jagwar Ma.

Ibiza Rocks celebrated their 8th birthday this year, and they’ve have really hit their prime. Chic featuring Nile Rodgers was the runaway success this month, along with the Ibiza Rocks House at Pikes after-parties, hosted by Hollywood hotshot Idris Elba. Closing with Mercury Prize nominees Foals means they’ll go out with a bang.

Tues 24 September – Revolution at Space feat. Carl Cox, Loco Dice, tINI, DJ Sneak, Yousef, Jon Rundell.

When will Carl Cox step down? Never, we hope. After an 11-year residency, the godfather still owns Tuesdays and, with a slew of great guests each week, it’s not hard to see why. He teams up with techno heavyweight Loco Dice and best pal Yousef for 2013’s final showdown.

Weds 25 September – Paradise at DC10 feat. Jamie Jones, Art Department, Richy Ahmed, Magda, Cassy.

Can Jamie Jones do no wrong? After a surprise move to Wednesdays this year, the Hot Natured heartthrob is in full control once again. Expect house, disco and techno madness from the ever-expanding crew, and Ibiza’s coolest crowd paying their respects on the dancefloor. Just don’t call it deep house.

Weds 25 September – Ibiza Global Music Awards at Ushuaïa.

We’re expecting great things of this, the inaugural event of its kind. Putting a big-budget riff on the much-loved annual DJ Awards, the show at Ushuaïa promises to be spectacular. David Guetta, Dj Fresh & Diplo and A*M*E & Duke Dumont are all slated to perform.

Thurs 26 – ENTER. at Space feat. Richie Hawtin, Maya Jane Coles, Hot Since 82.

The second year of Hawtin’s Space residency has seen him really up the ante. Surprise mega-guests (Sven Väth, anyone?), a fully serviced sake bar (with uber-producer Maya Jane Coles) and one hell of a PR campaign have set him apart from the competition.

Fri 27 September – Music. On at Amnesia feat. Marco Carola, Marc Antona, Leon, Joseph Capriati, Nic Fanciulli, Mar T.

The runaway success of 2013, Music. On has been nothing but packed since day one. Attracting a less exclusively Italian crowd than last year, the vibe is big and boisterous, with techno geeks and good-time kids alike jostling for space on the terrace.

Saturday 28 Sep – Defected in the House at Booom! feat. Eats Everything, Nick Curly, Tensnake, MK, Noir.

Despite a fraught early season, Bomba/Boooom! came back with an, err, bang, and have had some great parties. Defected is always a big night, and if Tensnake’s last appearance for them in July is anything to go by, the closing will be an absolute belter. Seminal NY producer MK and the ubiquitous Eats Everything provide some seriously solid support.

Sunday 29 September– Kubipool at Ocean Beach Club feat. Richy Ahmed.

East London dirty-glam-fest Kubicle meets San Antonio’s glitteriest swimming pool – what’s not to love? Bringing a welcome dose of Dalston edge to Ocean Beach Club, promoter and super-stylist Liz Mendez and her crew guarantee a good time. Expect groovy poolside sounds from the likes of Richy Ahmed and Shonky.

Sunday 29 September – We Love… at Space feat. Fatboy Slim, 2 Many DJs, Groove Armada, James Zabiela, Simian Mobile Disco.

Consistently epic mega-line-ups (it’s basically a festival) and the most acid house vibe you’ll find in Ibiza make this a classic, year in, year out. The heavyweight closing line-up consists of some of We Love…’s most trusted players, but don’t miss the 30 or so other acts on the roster.

Monday 30 September - Cocoon at Amnesia feat. Sven Väth, Ricardo Villalobos.

Ahhhh Cocoon. You never disappoint. Another stellar year, which saw the much-lauded raised Main Room booth be brought down to ground level (we prefer it), plus highlights such as the return of Luciano (three times!) and Richie Hawtin’s phenomenal stage dive. Expect tears at 10am as the light floods onto the dancefloor, and four thousand bleary-eyed ravers realise it’s home time for another year.

Tuesday 1 October - Flower Power at Pacha feat. Piti.

Moving Pacha’s first ever party from monthly to weekly raised more than a few eyebrows in March. However, after four months of consistently packed parties, and no sign of the fancy dress bandwagon letting up, the haters will be eating their words. If the closing party is as big as the opening, expect a sold-out crowd of locals, ravers and celebrities, and Ibiza’s biggest singalong. Unmissable.

Thursday 3 October – F*** Me I’m Famous feat. David Guetta plus superstar guest TBA.

The Guetta’s glam-slam juggernaut rolls on, celebrating a summer of erotic-cabaret-themed mischief. The USP remains the same each year – sex, glamour, and some seriously commercial sounds - but the formula works and it’s been another stupendous season for France’s first couple of dance.

Saturday 5 October – Ushuaïa – Line up TBA.

It’s been an interesting season for Ushuaïa, with their rapid expansion (insert “takeover”) polarising and dominating dinner party conversation. But the season has seemingly been good to them, with Pete Tong’s Le Grand Bazaar and Luciano’s Vagabundos parties being particular standouts. The opening party was a scrum, so arrive/book early if you want room to shake your bikini-clad thang.

Saturday 5 October - Blue Marlin Ibiza, Cala Jondal.

An Ibiza stalwart, the unstoppable Blue Marlin just keeps on giving. A summer of long lunches, lazy days and solid parties has kept the crowds coming, and it’s still ‘the’ place to be seen for those arriving by boat. The closing is always a raucous affair and well worth checking out. Try to book lunch or beds in advance.

Sunday 6 October – Solomun +1 at Pacha feat. Solomun, Roisin Murphy.

The surprise addition to Pacha’s 2013 roster, Solomon is now the undisputed king of Sundays. From his exclusive new DJ booth, right on the dancefloor, Solomun has worked his magic all summer long. Expect house music in all its glorious forms, with a gorgeous vocal interlude from Moloko frontwoman Rosin Murphy.

Sunday 6 October - Nikki Beach

The newbie on the Santa Eulalia scene, Nikki Beach has enjoyed a successful inaugural summer. Their opening party was a veritable circus of music, effects and Cirque du Soleil-type performers, so the closing should be worth a ticket (even if the dress code is a slightly offputting Red Only.)

October 12 - KM5

The much-loved opening and closing parties of San José institution KM5 attract and glamorous crowd of locals, celebrities and well-heeled visitors. Dine under the stars then get loco on the tiny dance floor until the sun comes up. A classic.
