My Friday night starts with Wishbone (Unit 12 Market Row, Brixton Market, London SW9 8BR. Enq: wishbonebrixton). Deep fried mac 'n' cheese and the most perfectly seasoned chicken ever. The sauces are delicious, the staff friendly and they make the best cocktails. I’d choose the one with Ron Jeremy's very own spiced rum - it tastes like ice cream.

Saturday is all about retail therapy. I start off east and pop into Village Bicycle (Dray Walk, 91 Brick Lane, London E1 6QL. Enq: imavillagebicycle for sexy outfits post-show. Then it’s on to Soho.

On a usual trip Beyond Retro, above, (58-59 Great Marlborough St London W1F 7JY. Enq: beyondretro) would be scanned for sparkly things for the stage; anything with tassels, sequins and neon is my cup of tea. Then I pop in to see costume designer Stella Cecil to chat new ideas and sip tea on her roof overlooking Chinatown. I like to get my hunger sorted by going for soup dumplings at Leongs Legend, (58-59 Great Marlborough St London W1F 7JY. Enq: chinatownlondon.org/restaurant/leongs-legend) an awesome little Taiwanese spot. Early evening I’d recommend grabbing a quick tequila cocktail from La Bodega Negra (16 Moor Street W1D 5NH labodeganegra). With its naughty window display you'd be fooled into thinking it was something else altogether…but downstairs you'll find tasty Mexican food and drinks, and it's great for people watching.

On to Saturday night’s main event: Rebel Bingo, (Scala, 275 Pentonville Road, N1 9NL. Enq: rebelbingo.com) naturally. Luki and I strut our stuff, call numbers, sparkle like showgirls and dance like our lives depend on it, all in the name of showbiz. It's such a great buzz entertaining so many people. The energy of the crowd is electric and they all want to win. We are all one big Bingo family and it couldn't get any more fun.

Saturday night, post-bingo, we let our hair down at Bethnal Green Working Men’s club (42 Pollard Street, E2. Enq: workersplaytime), a beautifully messed up 'community centre' for artists and performers. The delicious food at their new café, and sweaty dance floor with amazing music, always hits the spot. This Saturday is a sumptuous cheese-fest via a Euro Disco’s Eurovision special.

After all that it’s time for Sunday afternoon detox care of Damilola Odusote’s hip-hop dance class at Pineapple Studios (7 Langley St, City of Westminster, WC2H 9JA. Enq: pineapple.uk.com/), which flushes out the toxins and keeps you fit the fun way.

Anita and Luki are hostesses and bingo callers extraordinaire at Rebel Bingo, the hedonistic revamp of the game, part stage- show, part club night at London's Scala Friday 17th and Saturday 18th May. For more information and international party dates visit Rebelbingo.com
