A new resort on an island of the coast of Finland will not allow men, the New York Post reports. Kristina Roth, the founder of SuperShe, told the paper why she chose to create the ~girls-only~ location.

After a Calabasas, California, vacation left her feeling super restored, Roth realized there really wasn't anywhere women could go to relax without men fully interfering with their good vibes. 'When there was a cute guy, women would put on lipstick,' she said. 'The idea [at SuperShe island] is, 'hey, focus on yourself — don't try to get your hormones up.''

According to SuperShe's site, the resort will open in June of this year, but you have to apply for 'exclusive membership' ahead of time. A rep for the resort told Cosmopolitan.com via email stays are pretty much all-inclusive and start at $3,500 (£2,519) a week. As far as applying, you have to 'undergo an application process and interview with the founder which can be done with Skype. We vet much like the Soho House.'

SuperShe is also a substance-free place, so as to 'focus on health and wellness and many people use these retreats as an opportunity to reset their lives.'

Roth isn't opposed to re-visiting allowing men down the line, but for now ... nah. So let's take this to GoFundMe to get our crowdfunded visits going??
