You may have noticed that a small-scale sporting event is occurring in Brazil at the moment. You may have even watched some of it. In which case, you will be inspired to either: 1. Get fit, just like an Olympian; or 2. Karmically balance out all that athletic prowess by sitting and eating tasty food. Well, this weekend, you can do BOTH. On Sunday, The Duke of York Square is hosting the first-ever Tasty Games, where you'll get to try fun fitness classes run by Rabble (playground-style dodgeball and British bulldog), HulaFit (hip-shimmying hooping) and BarreCore (ballet meets interval training, pictured), then reward yourself with superfoods and juices from Rabbit and Raw Press. Final result? Everyone's a winner.

Welcome to the jungle, we've got fun and games. And – far more importantly – neon-lit gin cocktails. Because for the next month, light-art gallery Lights of Soho is being taken over by Fentimans, who are turning it into a glowing jungle-themed pop-up bar. Expect all manner of luminous vegetation and fluoro animals (look out for works by Tracy Lee Griffiths and God's Own Junkyard), plus exotic species of cocktail including Botanical Bliss (gin, tonic, lavender, clove, star anise) and the Blushing Bulldog (Campari, gin, Martini, rose lemonade). Now, that's OUR kind of wild life.
