Eat, drink, party, repeat… Here's where to do all of the above, by Charlotte CoxMore
Good news, paradoxical concept fans: Perilla, the 'anti-fine-dining fine-dining restaurant' has arrived. Yep, after sell-out pop-ups in Dulwich and Clapton, duo Ben Marks (ex of Noma and Claridge's) and Matt Emmerson (formerly of Polpo) have finally set up permanent home in Newington Green. And better news yet: the 'fine dining' bit of the concept refers to the food, which is Michelin-level (as you'd expect with those CVs) and includes such wonders as fried duck egg with chopped mussels, cuttlefish Bolognese and glazed barbecue lamb. And even better news STILL? The 'anti-fine-dining' bit refers to the price, with a five-course set menu for just £38. Yes.

When an exhibition is inspired by the Romantic poets Blake and Baudelaire, you know that it's going to be as meaningful as it is pretty. And Azadeh Razaghdoost's lyrical paintings don't let us down, with starkly beautiful pieces using the colour red to signify love, passion, blood, lust, life, death… Blimey. Go, see, be inspired.
