Gold medal winning cyclist Victoria Pendleton married her former GB teammate Scott Gardner this weekend in an intimate ceremony at Colshaw Hall in Cheshire.

The 2012 Olympics star walked down the aisle in a stunning, floor length gown by British designer Suzanne Neville. She was flanked by her five bridesmaids, who wore elegant twobirds dresses in shades of Slate and Rosewater.

Victoria chose to wear Suzanne Neville's ‘Baroque' gown. With its soft, fishtail shape and gentle train, it was the perfect complement to Pendleton’s Olympian physique – the delicate lace neckline and overlay evoking a romantic, vintage feel.

Of course Pendleton is no stranger to beautiful dresses, having swapped lycra for ballgowns during last year’s . In a tribute to her time on the show, guests were entertained by the Strictly house band during the evening celebrations.

But even as a bride, Pendleton still let her down-to-earth nature shine through: the newlywed couple opting to take their two Dobermans Stella and Jonty for a walk after the ceremony, still dressed in their full wedding attire.

Congratulations, Victoria!
