Apologies for the lag in entries, I’ve been away on the month-long round of fashion weeks and there’s still Paris left to tick off the list.

This has resulted in no wedmin activity since 4th September and I’m not over-egging it when I say that with ten weeks to go, an absolute and terrifying panic has set in.

We haven’t got a DJ, we haven’t tasted a morsel of wedding breakfast menu, I haven’t had a hair or make-up trial with none in the diary, my facialist has announced that she's going on holiday and moved two of my intricately timed sessions, we don’t have a first dance song, I haven’t booked dance lessons which we need more hours of than there are days. No readings or hymns have been picked, I’m really confused about the Banns situation, I don’t have a veil, I haven’t been to the gym in a month and I look exhausted.

Oh yes, it’ll all get done, but will I have a tension headache until it does? And will I have time to tick off the ever-growing list of nice-to-haves that I’m compiling in my head? Right now - look away boss - I wish I had the type of job where I could spend my days hunting for favours over the interweb. That or a wedding planner.
