The first outfit I put on yesterday was my Sweaty Betty running kit and Nike trainers at 6.30am, as I headed to Regent's Park for a brisk 5k in the dark. In two weeks time, the @elleukrunning club takes to the streets of Paris for the @semiparis half marathon during Paris Fashion Week. I have to fit in some training before we go!

Run finished, I headed to ELLE HQ to oversee the first draft of the ELLE Style Awards seating plan – this is a complicated task, which requires an almost mathematical approach. It is also know as Post-it hell! In the office, I also got to see the printed April ELLE cover, an elegant Hollywood star in Prada's coat of the season.

Monday was the big day for London Fashion Week with a run of the most exciting shows. was first for me with an extraordinary show – I first met him at a dinner in Milan with Donatella Versace 10 years ago, when he was a student. I'm so pleased his amazing passion has led to such a phenomenal business. Read @RebeccaELLE's to get the lowdown on why London is the fashion power house it is (I particularly enjoyed the colourburst at Peter Pilotto).

Monday's hot ticket show was , where three live bands performed as Cara Delevingne led the model army out for a stunning finale. There are some splendid bags for a/w 2014, which will be snapped up from this 'buy me now' collection. And I cheered our January cover star Suki Waterhouse as she catwalked past boyfriend Bradley Cooper in the front row, whom she met at last year's ELLE Style Awards. I am working on more matchmaking for this year's awards. Join us tonight to see how I get on!

Pic 1: Knitwittery – a gift from the show. It's a fab hat and a get-knitting kit

Pic 3: amazing dress backstage. You want to touch it, don't you?

From top left: I feel very ladylike with this Elie Saab clutch. Not my usual style but cool colour. Me and Rebecca Lowthorpe on the way to the Giles show. The Burberry pop up invite. Outside Burberry, handsome young men wait in their black trenches with brollies for the front row. I like this. Each morning, one of my four children offers up a view on my outfit: yesterday, Gracie, 10. She thinks the gold Jimmy Choo kitten heel is 'epic'.

On day 4 I wore: Vintage coat, Zara blouse, Joseph trousers, Jimmy Choo shoes, Elie Saab clutch.
