Has Rachel Zoe been ousted from Halston?

The relaunch of the classic fashion house Halston in February this year was regarded as something of a flop. So it’s no surprise that rumours are currently abounding that the Halston designer, Marco Zanini, and celebrity stylist Rachel Zoe, hired as creative consultant and member of the advisory team by the brand’s chiefs Harvey Weinstein and Tamara Mellon, could be out on their ears. There are further rumours that Harvey Weinstein’s wife Georgina Chapman, of Marchesa could take a creative role, but it's more likely that Tamara Mellon herself will take some of the design reins to try and make the revived line as successful as her company Jimmy Choo. After several years as the Hollywood celebrity stylist, Rachel Zoe has lost key clients and come in for criticism, but with a perfume rumoured to be in the pipeline, things are looking up.
