Are you a budding fashion designer? Do you hope that as the British Fashion Council celebrates 25-years and a move to Somerset House that one day you will be showing on the catwalks there?
If so, you need to know about Silent We Shout now. Next week sees the launch of this not-for-profit initiative that will offer emerging talent and fashion graduates the opportunity to showcase and sell their work.
Silent We Shout will hold regular shows, with the inaugural presentation opening next Friday, 11th September. It also offers an online retail site for designers to sell their work - with 100% of the revenue going to the designer.
The project is supported by high street giant Warehouse and has also been given the thumbs up by the British Fashion Council, 'This worthy and exciting initiative highlights not only the strong, professional and innovative presentations and collections of many successful graduates but creates a one if a kind chance to sell these on...' said Anne Tyrrell, Chair of the BFC's Colleges Council.
This is the new place to get noticed now.
