Cheryl Cole wears David Koma

He may only have graduated in March, but David Koma is already making waves in the fashion world.
The Central Saints Martins alumnus had his graduate collection snapped up by London boutique Brown's, and we've already spotted his futuristic, sculptural pieces on Lady Gaga, Shingai Shoniwa of the Noisettes and Megan Fox. Now the hot new name has received the ultimate accolade - Cheryl Cole wore one of his dresses on X Factor on Saturday night. The little black dress embellished with swirls of metal tubing may have divided viewers, but yesterday Brown's Focus sold out of the £1500 style.
The ELLE team has seen Koma's Spring 2010 collection, all figure-hugging frocks in eye-popping candy colours, and it's sure to be a hit. We predict that his will be the latest London name to go stellar - watch this space...
