Gisele's new role as a superhero

What's a model to do when she heads off on maternity leave? Gisele Bundchen has found the answer, lending her voice to a new children's cartoon.
The Brazilian supermodel, who is due to give birth early next year, has been recruited by AOL and A Squared Entertainment (headed up by the man responsible for a handful of classics including 'Inspector Gadget', 'Strawberry Shortcake' and 'Alvin and the Chipmunks'). The two companies have teamed up to produce a series of web-based cartoons designed to educate children about the environment, finance and science.
We hear that Gisele is set to be the voice of Gigi, a supermodel by day, environmental superhero by night, in 'Gigi & the Green Team'.Perhaps she chose the job to give the Photoshop experts a break - Gisele's baby bump was recently airbrushed out of campaign pictures for London Fog, reportedly to 'respect her privacy.'
The webisode, along with others featuring Martha Stewart and Warren Buffet, are set to launch online on AOL this autumn.
